This is a camp designed for state/national caliber wrestlers who are ready for high level wrestling. We will cover setups to attacks, counter-attacks, mat wrestling and match strategies to put your wrestler in the best situation to come out on top!

 Saturday Sessions: 10:00-12:00 pm, 1:00-3:00 pm and 3:30-4:30pm
